This is a genuine U.S.G.I. polypropylene cold - wet weather shirt in new condition. The U.S. Military issues soldiers polypropylene in extreme cold wet climates because it does not absorb moisture; its unique vapor transfer moves moisture away from the skin keeping soldiers warm and dry. Genuine U.S. Military Issued Thermals have the lowest thermal conductivity of any traditional apparel fiber. Polypropylene is also color fast, so it will resist fading and continues to look good, even in chlorinated climates. Olive drab in color with zip up neck and elastic wrists.
After washing, hang to air dry. Do not use a hot air clothes dryer with polypropylene or small fur balls will develop.
