Rare advertising ashtray from the historically significant
Hotel El Rancho
in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This hotel and casino was the first to be built on what became “The Strip”.
It opened in April 1941 and closed in June 1960 after a series of lawsuits and a fire whose cause was never determined.
It has attractive mid-century graphics and their catch phrase, “Look For The Wind Mill”.
This glass tray measures 1” high by 5” square.
