Ships to all lower 48 US States (No International Shipping) via FedEx Ground. Please allow up to 6 days for final delivery after payment is confirmed. All shipments come with tracking information. Delivery service is curbside only, carrier will not carry item into residence for any reason, please have help if needed. We are not responsible for bringing the item into residence and past the "threshold". All items must be inspected at time of delivery. Any damages must be reported at time of delivery and refused in order to process any additional return request. You must provide a valid phone number, email and address in order to complete your order as invalid information will case a delay in your shipment. Shipping carrier will call provided phone number with an estimated time of arrival, you are responsible to coordinate final delivery directly with the shipping carrier. Shipments that are undeliverable due to incorrect phone number or no one home at the time of delivery may be subject to additional re-routing, return or storage fee's. Returns

We cannot accept any returns for merchandise that has been used, laundered, damaged or assembled. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging or subject to a 15% restocking fee. All return shipping must be paid by buyer, we will consider any reimbursement on a case by case basis. Shipping charges for large freight items are also at buyer’s expense and are responsible for repacking any and all items return. For items with minor damage or only a piece damaged, please contact our store so we can send out a replacement. Please note we must make an attempt send out any replacement parts before the order can be considered for return or refund.
