This item is warehoused and shipped by a 3rd-party vendor who is currently averaging 1-2 days for 'order fulfillment'.  This means that it will likely take between 4-8 business days for it to get to you.  It may, however, take shorter or longer time than that.  You will likely be notified that the item has been 'shipped' shorty after placing the order, HOWEVER, this simply means that your order information has been forwarded to one of our warehouses to get 'in line' to be processed, packaged, and actually shipped out, so a tracking number may not be available for 2-3 days.   As soon as it is available it will be uploaded to the order.

UNABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER
unless it is within minutes of placing it, due to the automated order processing system that is in place.  Once I forward your information to the warehouse, the process cannot be stopped.  If you ordered by mistake or do not want the item when it shows up, if you are home you can reject the delivery and tell them to 'return to sender', or contact me right away through eBay messaging and I will get a return label sent or emailed to you to get it sent back.
RETURN POLICIES
: We offer a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your item. Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.  Contact me before you proceed with a return shipment with this item, as a 'RETURN' SHIPPING LABEL will be provided for you.  You will then simply need to drop it at your closest Fed Ex location for return to the supplier.  Once they receive the item back a new replacement product will be sent to you OR a refund will be credited back to your account, whichever you choose.   We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed.
