Antique Victorian Ornate Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Hat Brush

This is a hat brush marked “sterling”
it is from Victorian style but I’m not sure if it is from that period or not.
It is in nice condition, I see no dents in the metal but the brush is a little misshapen from age, I don’t think any of the bristles are missing.
It measures 3 ¼” wide by 5 ¼” long and has a very pretty ornate design.
