Dear Prospective Buyer Please note: We sell these pairs of combs at with shipping included. The cost of the combs is way under other sellers prices.
The way we are able to do this is that we send these in a 1st class (letter) envelope. And since there is no shipping label printed we hand write the information on the envelope. 1st class envelopes cannot be more than 1/4 inch in thickness or they are bumped up parcel post, therefore there is no padding in the envelopes. If they do arrive damaged, PLEASE let us know and we will take care of it. However, to keep thee at free shipping if you order more than one set, we are still going to be sending in first class envelope, but in multiples of the amount ordered.
We have to explain this because at this point we have received undeserving negative feedback on the above mentioned.
