These masks have the external cotton printed layer, then behind that, in the very center of the masks is a layer of cotton filter, similar to what is used in quilting. (One of them has been spliced, and you can see it sticking out in photo 10 and11). Behind that layer  is another layer of soft cotton that goes against the face. (See photo's 10 and 11) This is why the masks have a plush feel to them and why they have no need of a filter pocket.
Since these do have cotton, they can be prone to have wrinkles as some cotton fabrics are more susceptible to wrinkles than others. They are easily ironed and can also be washed and are reusable.
The inside of the rose floral mask is exactly the same as the baby blue floral. You get one of each color. Rotate the masks that you wear. Bacteria and viruses only live a certain amount of time on cotton cloth. Keep 7 masks in your car. Every day wear a different mask, then at the end of day 7, wash the washable masks, hang up and let them dry overnight. On day 8 start all over again with mask from day one. These would also make great  gifts for friends, family, loved ones, sweethearts and birthdays! The last photo shows the back of the mask and the soft cotton that fits against your face.
